Your discovery call with Custom Built will be between you and one of our Project Development Advisors. They will guide you through the remodeling process to give you the best possible final product and experience.
The purpose of the discovery call is to:
- Give you space to ask questions and see if Custom Built is the right fit for your project
- Give your Project Development Advisor details about your project
- Tell your Project Development Advisor why you want to remodel your home
- Outline what the design and remodeling process looks like
- Advise you on the best path forward to achieve your home remodeling goals
This call typically lasts between 15-30 minutes.

During the discovery call, your Project Development Advisor will ask you lots of questions regarding your project. These might include:
- What is the project you have in mind for your home?
- Why do you want to remodel your home?
- How did you hear about us?
- How many people live in your home?
- What are the dimensions of the space that you want to remodel?
- What are you hoping to find in a contractor for this project?
